Jeff Wang
Managing Partner, Augnition Global Investors
Jeff Wang is the founder and Managing Partner of Augnition Global Investors, a hybrid public/private investment firm focused on technology companies. Prior to founding Augnition, Jeff was the Managing Partner of Sequoia Capital Global Equities (SCGE), a public/private crossover investment firm with investments spanning from late-stage private companies to public companies.
Over 15 years at SCGE, Jeff primarily focused on public growth technology companies but has also invested $3 billion at present in private companies including Bytedance, SpaceX, Citadel Securities, and Stripe. Prior SCGE private investments that have since gone public include Airbnb, Doordash, MongoDB, Nubank, and Snowflake. Before joining SCGE in 2010, Jeff also worked at TPG Capital and Silver Lake Partners where he focused on investments in technology buyouts.
Jeff received a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science with distinction in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar, Ford Scholar, and Wolfe Award recipient. Jeff lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and three young children.

Liz Thomas
Head of Investment Strategy, SoFi
Liz Thomas is SoFi’s Head of Investment Strategy, responsible for providing economic and market insights to a variety of audiences. She believes that helping people learn about markets and investing can empower them to take a more active role in their financial future.
Prior to joining SoFi, Liz was the Director of Market Strategy at BNY Mellon Investment Management. Earlier in her career, she was a portfolio analyst at Baird and a research analyst at BMO Global Asset Management. She is a frequent guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, and Yahoo Finance, and is often quoted in various industry publications.
Liz holds a BBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and an MBA from Marquette University. She is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of New York.

Tyndale Brickey, CFA
Co-Portfolio Manager, Special Global Equity, Allspring Global Investments
Tyndale Brickey is a co-portfolio manager for the Special Global Equity team at Allspring Global Investments. She joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to her current role, Tyndale was a portfolio manager for the Focused Global Equity team.
Before that, Tyndale served as a research analyst at Lord Abbett, covering the international core, international dividend, and international small-cap core equity strategies. She began her investment industry career in 2005.
Tyndale earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated summa cum laude. She has earned the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation.

Rob Haugen
CIO, Co-Portfolio Manager, The Trenchless Fund, River1 Asset Management
Rob Haugen helps lead The Trenchless Fund with a singular mission: to pick stocks with risk/reward likely to beat the S&P 500 over time in a tax efficient manner.
Rob is also the Chief Investment Officer of the Michels Family Office in Milwaukee, WI, a multi-generational family office tied to local infrastructure construction firm Michels Corp.
Before River1, Rob spent 14 years at Baird on the Institutional Equity Desk, and 10 years in Chicago in various Hedge Fund roles.
Rob has an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School and is the Co-Founder of Ian’s Pizza by the Slice, with 10 locations nationwide. He lives in Elm Grove, WI with his wife and three children.
